Ko Bragg is a reporter for The Appeal. She previously worked at FRONTLINE/PBS as the lead reporter for an interactive documentary about civil rights cold cases. As an investigative fellow with Reveal from the Center for Investigative Reporting, she spent a year looking into laws that automatically send a disparate number of black children into adult prisons and jails. Her work has also appeared in Scalawag Magazine and the Jackson Free Press. She is a proud Spelman College alumna and also graduated from a dual master’s program at Columbia Journalism School and Sciences Po Ecole de Journalisme.
